ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and expanding our market presence. You will work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to create compelling value propositions and tailor solutions to meet the needs of prospective clients. WHAT YOU'LL DO
Identify & Pursue Opportunities: Research and identify new business opportunities, market trends, and potential partnerships to drive growth.
Develop & Nurture Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders to understand their needs and position our solutions effectively.
Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align strategies, refine pitches, and develop customized solutions that address client pain points.
Create & Deliver Proposals: Prepare and present proposals, pitch materials, and product demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting our unique value and benefits.
Negotiate & Close Deals: Lead negotiations with prospective clients, finalize agreements, and ensure smooth transitions from initial contact to contract signing and onboarding.
Develop Market Strategy: Assist in defining and executing our go-to-market strategy, identifying target segments, and adapting our approach to maximize results.
Track & Report on Performance: Monitor sales metrics, create regular reports, and provide insights into performance, pipeline health, and market opportunities.
ABOUT YOU
Experienced Professional: 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or related fields, ideally within the technology or IT services industry.
Strong Relationship Builder: Proven ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strategic & Analytical: Strong market research and analytical skills, with the ability to identify trends, evaluate potential opportunities, and devise effective strategies.
Skilled Negotiator: Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with experience in contract management and navigating complex client requirements.
Collaborative Team Player: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, aligning efforts to deliver tailored solutions for clients.
Results-Oriented: Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding targets, with a proactive approach to generating revenue and driving business growth.
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
