Lead & Mentor: Guide a team of developers, fostering growth, providing technical direction, and creating a collaborative environment to deliver exceptional results.
Drive Technical Strategy: Define the technical vision and roadmap for projects, making strategic decisions that align with the company’s goals and client needs.
Architect & Design Solutions: Oversee the architecture, development, and deployment of scalable, secure applications, ensuring high performance and reliability.
Manage Project Lifecycle: Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, from initial requirements gathering and planning through to deployment and maintenance, ensuring successful delivery.
Collaborate with Stakeholders: Engage with product managers, clients, and stakeholders to capture requirements, deliver insights, and ensure technical solutions meet business objectives.
Innovate & Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with trends in software development, researching and applying new tools and frameworks to maintain a competitive edge.
ABOUT YOU
Experienced Leader: 5+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a technical lead role overseeing diverse projects.
Technical Expertise Across Domains: Proficiency in one or more areas of software development, with experience in relevant frameworks and languages.
Strong Programming Skills: Skilled in programming languages like JavaScript, Node.js or Solidity, with experience in full-stack development or domain-specific expertise.Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
Problem Solver & Innovator: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a knack for developing creative and effective technical solutions.
Excellent Communicator: Ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts to team members, stakeholders, and clients.
