ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a skilled Technical Sales Manager to drive our sales efforts by bridging the gap between technology and client needs. In this role, you’ll be responsible for understanding our technology solutions, identifying potential clients, and articulating the value of our offerings to meet and exceed sales targets. You’ll collaborate with both technical and sales teams to craft tailored solutions for prospective clients, ensuring they receive high-impact, personalized support. WHAT YOU'LL DO
Identify & Engage Prospects: Identify potential clients and opportunities, initiate outreach, and engage decision-makers to introduce our technology solutions.
Present & Demonstrate Solutions: Lead product demonstrations, presentations, and technical explanations, clearly articulating the benefits and unique features of our solutions.
Customize Proposals: Work with sales and technical teams to create tailored proposals that address specific client needs and align with their business objectives.
Build & Nurture Relationships: Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and providing guidance on the best-fit solutions.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with product development, marketing, and technical teams to ensure alignment on client requirements and solution capabilities.
Lead Negotiations & Close Deals: Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service agreements, guiding clients through the sales process to secure long-term partnerships.
Track & Report Sales Metrics: Monitor sales performance, pipeline health, and account status, providing regular updates and insights to leadership on progress and opportunities.
ABOUT YOU
Technical & Sales Expertise: 5+ years of experience in technical sales, business development, or a related role, preferably within technology or IT services.
Strong Communicator: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Relationship-Oriented: Proven ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients, with a consultative sales approach that fosters trust and client success.
Problem Solver: Strong analytical skills to identify client needs, craft solutions, and adapt proposals to address unique client challenges.
Results-Driven: Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with strong negotiation and closing skills.
Collaborative Team Player: Comfortable working with cross-functional teams, including technical and sales departments, to deliver seamless client experiences.
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
