ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team and bring creativity, user empathy, and attention to detail to our digital projects. In this role, you will be responsible for designing intuitive, aesthetically pleasing, and user-centered interfaces across web and mobile applications. You’ll work closely with developers, product managers, and other team members to transform requirements into user-friendly designs that align with project goals. This role offers the opportunity to shape user experiences from the ground up and create products that are not only functional but visually engaging.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Design User Interfaces: Create clean, visually compelling, and functional UI designs for web and mobile applications using Figma.
Develop User Experiences: Research, conceptualize, and design user experiences that are intuitive, accessible, and optimized for user engagement.
Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into effective design solutions that meet business and user needs.
Create Wireframes & Prototypes: Build wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups in Figma to visualize workflows and gather feedback from stakeholders.
Conduct User Research & Testing: Participate in user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and improve user experiences based on real feedback.
Define & Maintain Design Systems: Contribute to and maintain a consistent design system, ensuring cohesiveness across different applications and platforms.
Iterate & Improve: Continuously refine and improve designs based on user feedback, analytics, and team input.
ABOUT YOU
Proficient in Figma: Strong experience with Figma, with a solid understanding of design principles, component libraries, and prototyping features.
UI/UX Expertise: 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a portfolio showcasing a range of web and mobile projects and a strong eye for detail, layout, and aesthetics.
User-Centered Mindset: Passionate about creating designs that prioritize user needs and enhance usability.
Collaborative Communicator: Excellent interpersonal skills, able to effectively communicate design ideas and rationale to developers, product managers, and other stakeholders.
Research & Analytical Skills: Ability to conduct user research, analyze feedback, and iterate designs to improve the overall user experience.
Innovative & Open to Feedback: An open-minded approach to design, with a willingness to adapt based on team input, user testing results, and analytics.
